Welcome to Ai-Logy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ai-Logy iOS app, published by Diospyros Holdings LLC ("we," "our"). By installing or using Ai-Logy, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Ai-Logy is a privacy-first AI astrology companion. It computes your birth chart, surfaces ongoing transits and progressions, and lets you chat with an AI advisor who reads your chart before answering. Astrological content is provided as a self-reflection tool — not as financial, medical, legal, mental-health, or relationship advice. See Section 6.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ai-Logy. If you are under 18, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions and pricing

Free tier

Ai-Logy is free to download and use. The free tier includes 3 AI Advisor conversations per day, full birth chart, and the daily home dashboard.

Cosmic Plus subscription

For unlimited AI Advisor conversations, AI-generated forecast images, the full 12-month transit timeline, and other premium features, you can subscribe to Cosmic Plus at the following prices:

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Ai-Logy → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period; we do not pro-rate refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple per Apple's refund policy.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial (if any) is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.

4. Apple's standard EULA

Your use of Ai-Logy is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA for Licensed Application End User License Agreement, incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Ai-Logy is for personal reflection and entertainment. The app's interpretations are generated by an AI model conditioned on astrological tradition and your chart placements. They are not:

7. AI-generated content

The AI Advisor and forecast generators produce text and images using a third-party large language model (Google Gemini). AI output can be incorrect, inconsistent, or contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Treat all output as a starting point for your own reflection, not as fact.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and all original content (text, illustrations, logos) are owned by Diospyros Holdings LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. The Ai-Logy name and logo are trademarks of Diospyros Holdings LLC. AI-generated outputs you produce within the app are yours to use; the underlying app and prompts are not.

9. Termination

You can stop using Ai-Logy at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or restrict access if you materially breach these Terms (for example, repeated abusive prompts to the AI Advisor).

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Ai-Logy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Diospyros Holdings LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Ai-Logy is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app's What's New notes for the next release. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The current version is always available at https://ailogy.life/terms.
