Does Ai-Logy upload my birth data anywhere?

Your name and birth details stay on your iPhone. We send your chart coordinates (date, time, lat/lng) to our chart-calculation backend without your name attached, and we send anonymized planetary positions to Google Gemini for AI insights. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Ai-Logy → Cancel Subscription on your iPhone. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period.

I'm not sure of my exact birth time. Should I still use the app?

Yes — the app accepts an approximate time and notes that your Rising sign and house positions may shift if the exact time is different. The Sun, Moon, and planetary placements (apart from the Moon's exact degree) are still accurate.

Why does my AI Advisor say "I couldn't connect right now"?

This usually means the AI service is temporarily unavailable or your iPhone has lost its network connection. Try again in a moment. If the problem persists for more than a few minutes, please email us with the date, time, and your iOS version.

Can I export my chart?

Yes. Open More → Export Birth Chart in the app. You'll get a JSON file containing your full natal chart, planetary positions, houses, and aspects.

What happens to my data if I delete the app?

It's gone. Because we store nothing about you on our servers, deleting the app fully removes your data from our reach. There is no separate "delete my account" step because there is no account.

Will Ai-Logy come to Android?

Maybe. We're focusing on iPhone for the initial release to get the privacy architecture and AI quality right. If we expand, we'll announce it on this page.

How is this different from Co-Star, Pattern, or Sanctuary?

I think the app calculated my chart incorrectly.

Email us with your birth date, time, city, and what you think is wrong. Include a screenshot if you can. We rely on a third-party astrology calculation service for chart math, and we want to know about any errors.

If you've found a security vulnerability or data-handling issue, please email support@diosporos.io with "Security" in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable window to investigate before public disclosure.
