Privacy Policy

Ai-Logy ("we," "our," or "the app") is published by Diospyros Holdings LLC. We built Ai-Logy because every other astrology app wanted personal data we didn't think they needed. This policy explains, in plain language, what data Ai-Logy handles, where it lives, and what we don't collect.
The short version
Your name and birth details are stored only on your iPhone. When the app needs an AI interpretation, we send anonymized chart coordinates to Google Gemini — never your identity. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking, no account.
1. What we store on your device
When you complete onboarding, the app stores the following on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework:
- Your name (as you typed it)
- Your birth date and time
- Your birth city
- Your computed birth chart (planets, houses, aspects)
- Your saved AI conversations and chart annotations
This data lives in your app's container on your device and is encrypted at rest by iOS. We have no copy of it on our servers, and we cannot recover it if you delete the app.
2. What we send off-device
To compute your chart and generate AI insights, the app makes two kinds of network requests:
Astrology calculation requests
To compute your birth chart and ongoing transits, the app sends your birth date, birth time, and the latitude/longitude of your birth city to our chart-calculation backend (hosted on Railway). We do not transmit your name, email, IP-tied identifiers, or device IDs alongside this request. The backend returns the computed chart and forgets the request as soon as the response is sent.
AI interpretation requests
To answer your AI Advisor questions and produce daily forecasts, the app sends your chart's planetary positions, house cusps, and active transits to Google Gemini via the Generative Language API. We do not include your name, email, address, or any other identifier. Google's Gemini service may log anonymized requests for service quality and abuse prevention, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
3. What we don't collect
To be explicit:
- No analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude)
- No advertising identifiers (no IDFA, no advertising ID)
- No crash reporting beyond Apple's standard, opt-in crash reports
- No social-network connections
- No accounts, no sign-up, no email or phone capture
- No location services beyond the birth city you typed
- No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access
4. Subscriptions and payments
If you subscribe to Cosmic Plus, payments are handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your credit card, billing address, or any payment information. We receive a confirmation token from StoreKit telling us your subscription is active; that's it.
5. Children
Ai-Logy is rated 12+ in the App Store. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app does not require an account, has no social features, and does not collect any personal information beyond what you type into the on-device birth profile.
6. Your rights
Because we don't store your personal data on our servers, most data-rights mechanisms are simpler than for typical apps:
- Access and export: Tap More → Export Birth Chart in the app. You'll get a JSON file of everything stored locally.
- Deletion: Delete the app. All data is removed from your device. We have no server-side copy.
- Correction: Edit your profile in More → Edit Profile.
If you're a California resident exercising CCPA rights, or an EU/UK resident exercising GDPR rights, the practical effect is the same: deleting the app fully removes your data from our reach. You can also email us using the contact below if you'd like written confirmation.
7. Subprocessors
The third-party services Ai-Logy interacts with on your behalf:
- Google (Gemini API) — receives anonymized chart positions for AI inference. Privacy Policy

8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and announce the change in the app's What's New notes for the next release. The current version of this policy is always available at https://ailogy.life/privacy.
